Maraş, Narlıova II. The section irrigation construction was successfully completed between 1968 and 1971, and includes, in its main lines, a total of 310 + 336 km of canal construction, 1,000 m of tunnel, 850 m of culvert, 600 m of gallery, 348 m of viaduct, 100 m of siphon, and 1,118 various industrial structures. The phases of the 310,336 km canal construction and the corresponding lengths are shown below.

The irrigation construction project we carried out in the Maraş Plain was completed under extremely difficult working conditions due to the terrain consisting of extremely steep cliffs and the presence of a swamp (the historic Mizmilli Swamp) that needed to be drained.
