Safranbolu – Bartın Highway Construction.

The 16 km section of the Safranbolu-Bartın Highway under construction includes 530,000 m³ of earthwork, 225,000 m³ of rock excavation, 575,000 m³ of cutting, and numerous engineering structures. In this construction project, the main construction machinery used included 3 motor scrapers, 2 towable scrapers, 4 D8 bulldozers, 20 trucks, 2 goat legs, and 2 vibratory rollers. This road, which passes through steep, landslide-prone, and forested areas, was constructed in a remarkably short period of 5.5 months.
