Our Policy
The principles of integrity and honesty form the foundation of ERG Construction’s sustainable commercial success and high reputation. ERG Construction complies with all applicable laws in the countries where it operates; it establishes Company policies and procedures to be followed in certain matters and ensures that its employees comply with them.
The terms “ERG,” “ERG Construction,” and “Company” used herein collectively refer to ERG Construction Trade and Industry Inc. and its affiliated companies. These policies apply to all operations of the Company, including its affiliated companies, and are binding on all ERG employees, including members of the board of directors.
All subcontractors, dealers, suppliers, and other business partners are also expected to comply with these rules.

Code of Ethical Conduct and Social Responsibility Policy
As a company with a strong sense of social responsibility, we are aware that we must go beyond merely complying with legal regulations in our marketing communications and activities. In addition, we acknowledge that every member of the ERG family, regardless of their position, has assumed responsibility for the sales and marketing of the ERG brand. Therefore, our expectations from all our employees and business partners are:

Human Rights, Discrimination, and Harassment

ERG continues its efforts to align its activities and strategies with universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption.

Environmental Policy
ERG Environmental Policy
ERG and its affiliated companies (“the Company” or “ERG”) are inherently involved with the environment due to the nature of their business and therefore commit to minimizing any negative impacts by operating in accordance with national and international best practices. The commitment process begins with the publication of the Environmental Policy.
ERG will work with government agencies, stakeholders, and especially local communities in a transparent, participatory, and constructive manner to identify environmental priorities and concerns.
ERG will provide the necessary resources to fulfill its environmental obligations during the construction and operation phases of its operations as part of its commitment to sustainable development. This will include an adaptive management process to benefit from continuous environmental monitoring studies, as well as implementing a reduction hierarchy that emphasizes elimination at source.
ERG's Commitment to Sustainable Development
ERG and its affiliated entities (“the Company” or “ERG”) aim for sustainable development and commit to integrating environmental, health, occupational safety, social practices, and security issues into their procedures at all stages of project development and operations.
Harmony
The company will manage and design its activities in accordance with relevant local and national laws and regulations, as well as international requirements. ERG requires its consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and affiliates to comply with the principles of this Environmental Policy.
Communication and Awareness
The Company will inform its employees, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and local communities of the Company's commitments and their responsibilities. The company will provide its employees with the necessary training to ensure they are aware of the requirements of the policy and to encourage best practices. The company requires all its contractors and subcontractors to take similar actions and continuously monitors their activities.
Continuous Improvement
The company will periodically review its Environmental Policy and update it as necessary. Additionally, it will regularly update and improve the Environmental and Social Management System through periodic, systematic internal environmental audits. The results of this study will be used to continuously improve environmental performance through an adaptive management process.
Occupational Health and Safety Policy

- Identifying, implementing, and enforcing the necessary measures to prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases,
- Conducting risk assessments with employee participation and achieving an acceptable level of risk,

In this regard, this Policy aims to:

- We declare and commit to continuing to conduct training and activities for our employees, the employees of subcontractors/suppliers we work with, visitors, and interns to ensure the adoption of our Occupational Health and Safety principles.

Information Security Policy
As ERG;
- Planning, implementing, and developing the information security management system in accordance with national and international standards, regulations, and agreements,
- Providing the necessary resources to reduce information security risks, controlling information security risks in all our business processes,
- To enhance the professional competencies of our employees necessary to effectively maintain the information security system,
- We commit to continuously improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the information security management system in an integrated manner with the other management systems we implement.
